Dominant pitching from Lance Fry and Scott Danek helped lead the Jupiter Warriors to a 3-0 playoff victory over WT Dwyer. Fry pitched 5 innings, scattered 4 hits and recorded 6 strikeouts en route to his 7th victory of the season.  Danek pitched the final 2 frames without allowing a hit. The senior lefty recorded 3 strikeouts, and earned his 3rd save of the season. The Warriors made the most of 4 hits scoring  2 early runs on a wild pitch and a  2 out Dwyer fielding error. The Warriors final run came on a sac fly from Zac Hall that plated Kyle Keatts after a leadoff triple. With the victory, the Warriors will advance to the district 9-8A Championship game on Friday 4/26 vs. PB Gardens. The victory over Dwyer also assures the Warriors will advance the the regional round of the state playoffs beginning next week. A Warrior victory on Friday will secure the district title and secure a home game for the opening game of the regional round. The Championship game will be played at PB Gardens (Lilac) field beginning at 7pm.
