Dominant pitching by starter Lance Fry and relief man Hunter Halsey paced the Jupiter Warriors to a key 4-2 district victory over Palm Beach Gardens.  Fry pitched 5 strong  innings, recorded 3 strikeouts, and earned his 5th victory of the season. Halsey took the mound in the 6th with 2 runners on and nobody out. The senior quickly squashed the Gator rally and pitched a perfect 3up/3down final frame en route to the save. Senior Peter Sitaras went 2-2 with a walk, a run scored, and an RBI double for the 16-2 Warriors. Junior catcher Logan Heiser had an RBI single. Senior Kyle Keatts singled and scored, and senior Pat Walther chipped in with a hit and an RBI. The Warriors will play 3 times next week including 2 critical district 9-8A games vs. Wellington and Palm Beach Central. The first game will be Monday April 08 vs. Summit Christian. The game will begin at 7pm at Doug Ferguson field in Jupiter.
